How it settles

A qualifying fill is priced once, at the moment it confirms. You pick the rail afterwards. Six steps, one rule engine, no second balance.

The six steps

  1. Connect the wallet. Sign SIWE. There is no email account and no password to reset. The address that signs is the desk.
  2. Trade live, or bring history. Run a fill in Trade, or scan the same wallet on Markers. Both paths hit one rule engine, so neither pays better than the other.
  3. Clear the $200 floor. Once the connected wallet’s confirmed trade volume passes $200, the rate is listed for that address. Smaller transfers stay visible; they do not pay on their own.
  4. Book at 65 bps. Qualifying notional × 0.65% writes the marker. Tightening the rule later never rewrites a marker that already posted.
  5. Convert, then take payment. The marker lands as owed balance first. Move it 1:1 onto USDG or compute whenever you want, then claim from the vault or mint a key.
  6. One hash, one marker. Each (tx, chain) pair is booked at most once. Re-scanning, retrying, and a second claim on the same fill do not pay twice.

Worked example

FillNotionalRuleMarker
ETH / USDG$1,842.6065 bps$11.98
WBTC / USDG$9,640.0065 bps$62.66
ARB / ETH$764.1865 bps$4.97
A $40 send$40.00Not a fillPays after the floor
A $180 fill before the floor$180.00Counts toward the floorPays after the floor

The slider on the landing page runs this same arithmetic. Drag it and you get the published rate, not an estimate: $1,842.60 × 65 bps = $11.98.

What counts as volume

Confirmed swaps count. Sends, receives, approvals, bridge deposits, and contract deployments do not. A fill has to actually exchange one asset for another on a venue the desk can read.

  • A single imported fill still has to be $200 or more to book on its own.
  • Live fills below $200 still execute on-chain. The volume counts toward clearing the floor; the marker is skipped, not deferred.
  • Volume is measured on the connected address only. You cannot pool two wallets to clear one floor.
Below the floor the book stores the row as below_floor. That row is permanent and visible. It is never quietly upgraded into a marker once you cross the floor with a later trade.

When the room runs out

Markers booked inside one UTC day stop at $5,000. A fill that arrives after the room is gone stays on the book as over_cap — visible, unpaid, and not rolled into tomorrow. Unused room does not accumulate either.

Holds

A round trip — A → B → A on the same wallet inside 60 minutes — still executes on-chain, but the marker can be held for review. Release posts it at the original rate. Reject does not pay. Either way the trade itself is untouched; the desk has no ability to reverse it.
