Contracts

Every address the desk touches, what it does, and what it cannot do. All of them are readable on Robinhood Chain.

Settlement vault	`0x7B3d9F2a4C6e8D0b1A5c7E9f3B2d4A6c8E0f1B3d` Holds USDG float. Pays a claim only to the address named in the desk signature.

These are the only addresses OWED will ever ask you to interact with. The desk does not DM, does not run a presale, and does not publish a “new contract” you must migrate to. Check an address here before you sign anything.

The claim path

A settlement is a signed authorisation, not a trusted transfer. The desk signs (markerId, recipient, amount, deadline). The vault verifies the signature, checks the marker id has not been claimed, checks the recipient matches, and only then moves USDG.

MarkerAlreadyClaimed is what makes double-settlement impossible at the contract level, not just in the app.
RecipientMismatch is what makes a stolen session useless — the signature names one address.
VaultPaused is what a queued settlement looks like from the chain’s side.

What the desk can and cannot do

Tighten the published rate	Yes, and the change is published. Booked markers are untouched.
Pause the vault	Yes. Settlements queue; nothing is lost.
Pay a claim to another address	No. The vault rejects it.
Claim the same marker twice	No. The registry key is already spent.
Mint more $OWED	No. There is no mint function.
Move your traded assets	No. The desk never holds custody of a fill.
